Wellness Room Mural
I was commissioned to design and paint a wall mural for an employee wellness room. The purpose of the room was to be a designated quiet area where employees to escape to when feeling the pressure of a fast-paced environment—or to simply take some quiet time when they’re not feeling well. A forest theme was selected voted on by the staff.
The Process
I designed the mural as vector art in Illustrator and projected it onto the wall. I outlined the entire rendering and then proceeded to painted everything by hand one color at a time. The entire process took approximately two weeks.
